SIII sorry. THE WORLD LEADER in chip machines .18u and .14u is SVGI and I know 4 engineers at the company - all in R&D. SVGI's optics is #1 in the world - they bot PKN's optic dvsn out yrs back - that's not a 100% endorsement for SVGI at ths pt, but if SIII able to do so, only b/c SVGI able to mass produce at .18u. INTC has driven them to .14u and keeps changing the specs.

.18 Microns for SIII, not a big deal, JMAR can make chips at .13 microns.
