You have perfected the art of exaggeration and making up facts. I didn't see any reports from the plaintiffs that had the word "brainless" in the text. It is amazing that you know the motives of the SC AG beyond what he wrote in the news release.

You say you are stating the obvious. Another exaggeration. It ain't obvious.

The fact is, SC has withdrawn. MSFT has not presented its defense. MSFT stock us waaaay up. And it is obvious to some, though not you, that the business alliances that have formed and the shear growth of the internet companies demonstrates that this monopoly thing is way overblown. Those are not crumbs.

THis judge, will, no doubt, rule against MSFT. He has already demonstrated his bias. His ruling will be overturned. In the meantime, MFST shares will continue to soar.

Toy,
Maybe Downsouth should feel sorry for YOU. You're the clown dabbling in Canuck penny stocks while the some of us clean up on MSFT. Even with the uncertainty surrounding the DOJ case MS continues to climb, and it's surely much higher than you would have thought at this stage of the trial. So feel sorry for yourself, Toy, there's no need to feel sorry for us at this time. If that time ever does come, we'll be sure to contact you for some consolation. Thanks...........
