To All: I called the company on two matters. (1) I wanted to get a second source to indicate that this problem with a writ was resolved and indeed it is confirmed by the company. (2) News was expected on the BC settlement this week as I stated earlier. I was told that news would be out in two weeks. This was stated to me on the 26 of Nov..I then indicated on the thread that news would be out on the 10 of Dec. Two weeks.. It was not fair for me to nail company officials down in this manner as a definite date was not offered. In my conversation with the company today, they did say that the news would be out about that time.. Pending this news, this company has lived up to every promise they have made...If this continues I will be a happy shareholder.. Paul
