Well, the low RS neg cashflow screen is intended to identify a different kind of stock.

What you propose would be a screen for high-flying stocks, and such a thing is also possible. However, the screen I posted is something different. Not only is my market cap criterion not suitable for identifying internut stocks, the low 18-week RS is not either.
