opalapril, the rush is probably due to needing to complete the change before a new tax year and in fact that IF 1999 works out well for XOMA the fair value of assets could change significantly.

BTW XOMA, had another patent issued today. Don't know if it is novel, significant or not but I like the steady pace of patent approvals.
