Well, there's 100,000,000 authorized and 74,000,000 outstanding. I 'm hearing conflicting amounts for the amount of shares Arif controls. If anyone knows the true number, give a shout. Anyway, this gives Arif room to spit out 25 more million shares to cover his ass. Hey Arif, how'bout trying to run the company legitimately and efficiently? Has that idea ever crossed your corrupt mind?

The irony......25 million shares at a nickel is only 1.2 million. Why do you think Firamada has two PR firms now and is spending 95 grand for Talk Stock With Me? Arif needs to get the price up and cash in again. All at shareholder's expense. Just my humble opinion.
