Lutz, I think you already shot yourself in the foot, so leave the other one alone!

I think that if I were you I would reenter the market with a nice diversified portfolio of growth stocks, and leave them alone. Ignore things like volume and daily price movements, because those indicators are really reflective only of day trading activity and over the long run are meaningless. I exit a position only when I see a long-term deterioration of fundamentals. I have been in ASND and CSCC for almost two years, and am showing a decent, though not spectacular return in this position (about 25% per annum annualized). I generate some extra income by selling far out of the money covered calls against my positions. Luckily, I did not do that for ASND this month, but I did that for TLAB which also showed a huge bounce yesterday. I think that it is likely that the rapid expansion of intranet networks, the internet, and the convergence of data/voice/video will continue to fuel annual growth in the range of 30% - 50% for the foreseeable future, so why jump in and out? Ceterus paribus, doesn't it make sense that the stocks in this industry ought to appreciate at about the same rate?

TTFN,
CTC
