ULBI short term hold with news... ULBI Ultra life Batteries, 40 million dollar JV, news out today at 10 AM. See Yahoo news. Book Value 6.56 Cash 3.41 Outstanding shares 10.5 million Float 8.00 52 week high 18.50 52 week low 5.25 277,000 shares traded so far today Chart looks solid, candlestick chart shows modified Morning Star Pattern forming , this is bullish and may be forecasting a run for tomorrow and Thursday before it stops. Looking to test 8.00 level. Stock broke 10 day and 100 day moving avg today. Stock has history of 3 day runs in the past year. Nice bottom formed in last few weeks. Stock moving up all day may see pop in AM, After news is seen tonight,May also see a brokerage up grade soon. Company financials slowly turning around. Major Sales to Ace Hardware, HWI/ Do it, Radio Shack, Sears, True Value Hardware, Mitsubishi and Dept. of Defense.
