DCLK and CKSG, were on the watch list for the 3rd. I have mentioned perhaps a half dozen times how bullish I was on VRSN. I always repeat to keep 3-4 watch lists on the database because if they don't move one day they will move the next. It is usually due to the sector not moving but when the sector moves these should be the first to break out. I had them there not because they are internet related and I wanted to 'cover the internet sector' but because of inherent technical portrait in both of these stocks. I thought both of them were technically poised for a breakout. If you are going to look at a hundred picks and read every message board out there you will be inundated and make mistakes.

I never look anywhere but on my own research and ideas from this thread for stocks to buy. I have had some really nice stock ideas from posters to this thread. I don't look at any other thread for stock picks, I only follow threads on general market trends: strategies 56 point TA, Trading in and out for Profits, Market Direction Analysis.

I read Investor's Business Daily for indeas on where mutual funds are putting their money and sectors in favor, etc.. but that's it.
