Baldwin what I understood Joe as saying is that it will
take some time to get that information to the AMEX and not
by the end of this week. I don' think he gave a time but
he did say the AMEX was driving him crazy and I can see why.

That is exactly what he is doing. We still have a short position out there and he is going to do what ever it takes to eliminate it. The higher the price when he announces they are in serious negotiations to sell the company the better off we all are.
