The market appears to be under-whelmed by this commercially viable silver deposit. I wonder what Walters means by "Much of the near-surface precious-metals mineralization has an in-situ value exceeding $500 per tonne, and that can be classified as direct shipping rock." How many tonnes? 10,000? Is "much" a fact? And, what's the grade of the remaining "in situ" material? And I'm sure Walters knows that the in situ value is not very meaningful as it's the NSR to the mine that's important. What is that number? This is a sulfide system, isn't it? What will it cost to ship to the nearest floatation mill then ship it to a smelter and pay the freight, so to speak? Just what are the facts?

And also he adds "potentially economic mineralization is known to extend to at least 65 meters downdip in one or more sections of the quartz vein."

"Potentially economic mineralization" is not a fact is it? Don't you think you should review your bias as well?
