There seems to be a great deal of confusion today. I was told that on November 3 a "snapshot" of everyone that owned BANY was taken and those people will receive the dividend. I was trying to find the e-mail that I received, but I deleted it. Regardless, my shares of AI are arriving on Friday in my DLJ account. Very low volume today. It must be the calm before the storm. A press release should be on its way soon. They are just waiting for the NASD to review the paperwork and to approve everything for Anything (ggg). I suspect that they will announce the trading date for AI at that time. CJ
