If anyone is interested in a private placement memorandum for BIAN/Universal Alliance, send me a private message. BIAN has completed the acquisition of Universal Alliance. BIAN hasn't traded yet because no one will free up their shares to trade! People who have been invested in Universal Alliance for the past couple of years (in a private offering) know what's coming. The private placement memorandum will be officially closed in less than two weeks, so there's a very small window of opportunity to still pick up some shares at $5/share (it will open up much higher with the demand for the shares combined with scarcity of shares). Company will most likely have to perform a secondary offering to get more shares freely traded in the float. The secondary will go off at much higher prices than $5 (in my opinion).
