PENC - still halted--- Year 2000 product may not open until tomorrow. Waiting for news to see if I want to buy more. They have a back-up battery device for Year 2000 problem. SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Pen Interconnect (Nasdaq: PENC - news) today announced that it has received a $2,000,000 order from L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL - news) for 44,000 UPS (uninterruptible power supply) units for L-3's Prime Wave 2000 TM wireless local loop telecommunications systems. The UPS product was developed specifically for L-3 by PEN Interconnect's division, PowerStream Technology. The product will ensure a consistent power source especially in regions of the world where blackouts and brownouts are common occurrences.
