Tumbleweed> Your take on this company happens to be the same as mine. Fortunately, the rest of my portfolio is keeping me on the plus side while I wait for the news to work its way out. Posters who talk in terms of fundamentals are at the wrong end of the elephant. The analysis of this company has more to do with your understanding of the action or inaction of different constituencies. I agree with you that this company doesn't care about the small investor, he is only going to be rewarded if his interests are similar to somebody like Carl Berg. If my read is right then the longs will be richly rewarded over time. In
the meantime, I guess this thread will continue to debate every bump in the road,......as someone once said "no matter where you go, there you are". duckster

Jm....its really not so maddening....management is going to think about the company first, then themselves, next the institutions and lastly us....this is just the way it is and you had better understand this....or you will be very frustrated....besides with all this money involved did you really think they were going to hand you it on a silver platter....loking for a turnaround....good you got out around 10....I think its also good you got back in today
