Two key points: consistent with yesterday's call, he has "no interest whatsoever" in managing DiscountCom; nevertheless -- and I believe this is a clarification -- Joe will pursue the secured note matter. Hence, we win two-fold: via the switch and probably the licenses; and a potential influx of no-strings-attached cash.

Well cool! Thanks for sharing that. Your probably already covered this earlier, but what is her estimated "circulation?"

It helps me remember what it was like when I was a child wondering
