Eldon, Hi, Chuck no 2 here. I try to avoid confusion. But in tackling Question, there is just too much. I have no true answer, Chuck1 and I have been SI-PMing on LOL comments about mind reading. Eitherway. We are here, I just stated I know there are some goodies there at BR. So, the rest will be history, a question of when.

Eldon,

My best guess is that you should be able to donate the stock certificates to anyone. I have my shares through Merril Lynch and they have an assigned value of .175 to the shares. I would imagine that would be the value of the write-off for tax purposes. Maybe if you were to call the IRS they may be able to offer you some insight as well.

Regards, Chuck
