O baby; I love to read stuff like that! Especially after I've read little tidbits like this.

Analysts said investors were shifting out of blue-chip stocks and picking up the small-name companies, which have been neglected during the recent Wall Street run-up.

''People became somewhat conservative (about blue chips) since the Dow moved back to its old high so investors are going out and kicking the tires, looking at the small cap stocks,'' said Peter Coolidge, senior equity trader at Brean Murray & Co.

The small-cap stocks outperformed blue chips. The Russell 2000 Index, a measure of the health of small cap companies, ended up 0.31 of a point at 401.48.
