NEW YORK, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- A class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Zapata Corp. (NYSE: ZAP) from July 6, 1998 through October 15, 1998, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The complaint charges Zapata and certain of its officers with violations of the federal securities laws. To all, I know that the posters here have been organizing and talking about legal action against the company's officers. The general consensus of opinion is that MTEI is/was a scam. Apparently another OTC-BB company now comes under heavy suspicion and the folks on that thread appear to be in a quandary about how to organize or even if to organize (for legal action). While they're not yet 100% convinced that they've been scammed, a quick read of the last 100 or so posts might indicate a real concern. Maybe one or more of you could drop over, take a look and give some needed advice. The thread is NTAH: exchange2000.com KJC
