There's only one cable ISP in my area, I keep a dialup provider as a backup. I know someone nearby who tried to sign up for cable modem service with RCN last week. They took off from work to be home for the install. RCN never showed up or called. My service has been all right since today's service call. They told me there was noise in the line and they're still working on it. I'm beginning to think you all ready knew all this and are part of the conspiracy. I'm gonna go hide under my rock.
