Hello Robert, According to my calculations we are at day 25 with a moving average of a little more than 3.05. I don't know how soon we'll be off the OTC as many of us have been waiting for that for some time(G). I know it is a top priority for the company but one of the large problems is that DCI doesn't stand still long enough for the exchanges to take that "snap shot" they want for review. Don't sit on the edge of your seat waiting for NASDAQ listing. When it happens, it happens. During the holidays here in December I expect nothing to move through the bureaucracy. In the mean-time the OTC-BB has handled our 1/2 million share days with ease and we are STILL in good company with other top notch stocks I hold that trade only on the OTC-BB like: AKAP-BB $480 ---- CNIN-BB $565 AFAP-BB $210 ---- MCIT $5,300 BORG-BB $35 ---- IVPA $73 ANTEN-BB $69 ---- PUSH $32 FINN-BB $3,350 DAYPO-BB $70, this being DAYTON Power & Light Pfd of course! So don't sweat it! Our price has a long way to go before it's too big for the market! When DCTC is ready with all their ducks in a row they'll be listed. It takes time. IMO until the 10QSB for the 3rd quarter ending December 31, 1998 is filed we wont be listed. TOO MUCH has happened this quarter to have NASDAQ pass judgement without a thorough looksee. Colin
