<<yep, there was way too much cyber high fiving. we could + by close -ng- >> Me thinks not. I think early (day trading) bears were caught on the wrong foot during the last week decline to 8850. Now, the market is doing its think to catch them on wrong foot again - this time on the long side. I have seen numerous posts last night which talked about breakout of this and break out of that; They are buying calls with fist over hand. Today I saw a lot of celebration, on intel, cisco, microsoft and dell threads. While I still believe in the "vertical" theory, this leg down will be useful in shaking some long hands out of the market.
