Eric Stevens (a regular at this thread) posted this message yesterday on the MDA thread. It concerns the P&F read on the transportations average being a leading indicator for the market. I believe it shows resistance or some weakness. Eric can probably speak better to it.

Many sectors are moving to bullish percentages that are considered overbought and this could portend a mini correction, but not necessarily...

Freeus, read it cover to cover. I see the High Low reverse, the Percent of 10 has reversed and the Option Stock Bull Percent is within one box of a reversal. If option stock reverses, come off margin at least. Don't anticiapte the anticipators. Oh also the Advance Decline Line has given a sell signal. Like they use to say on "Hill Street Blue's - Be careful out there." Any comments on THNK anyone. Tom Dorsey
