James J. Cramer: I was going to say something, but my Mom taught me if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything...

Perhaps Wavephore's General Counsel has advised him to decline until NASDQ inquiry is completed and their is a dcision made with regard to legal cause of action. CNBC & Cramer; in pari delicto?

I do not know why he decided to forgo the opportunity to return to CNBC but I am going to telephone WAVO _again_ tomorrow and ask.

I underscore the word 'again' because I telephoned them yesterday to get additional information on the online shopping mall they announced Nov. 30. The woman who answered the phone was unable to help me [she didn't seem to know anything] so she transferred my call to IR--where I left a message and as yet, have not had my call returned. My call should have been a welcome respite because I _did_not_ say one word about the CNBC interview.

This is my gut reaction, but I am now starting to think the Cramer interview is being used as a smoke screen, a diversionary tactic to get **overly** sympathetic shareholders [since our money is on the line] rally behind WAVO, no matter what. As I said in an earlier posting, ultimately Deeds and WAVO, not Cramer, is responsible for the fall in WAVOs price. Where is the positive news or developments coming from the company so people can forget about the interview? Even the name of another company or two for the online mall would help.

Right now I am crossing my fingers WAVO gets back to where I bought-in last week. When it does, I'm out for good. From now on I'm sticking with the kind of stocks I normally invest in, high quality companies with top-notch, sharp CEOs who give great interviews--because they head class act companies such as CPQ, CSCO, SUNW, and FTU.
