I can agree with everything you said, but i keep asking myself, 'why would they lie (for lack of a better term) about 'news' (news can be defined as anything forthcoming as to the good or detriment of the 'company') coming out on X date, and then NEVER following up with anything ?? If you are trying to breathe life into a company and get it back on its' feet, and attract new money to it, the way they are going about it makes NO sense to me.
NOTHING about this comapny makes any sense to me at all.
What i am saying is, ALL things considered, there are much better places to be invested. I have yet to see anything tangible in this 'company'.
I also agree with your last paragraph.

"Why is Softbank Holdings holding 9,129 preferred shares of Netvest/Zulumedia to be redeemed in three equal installments over the next three years if the company is not planning to become profitable in the near term?"

Because they don't have a choice.
