I agree, I had every intention of selling before the close, but the fact that there will be a release at the same time held me in.

I mean what is this release going to say,"Gee NAVR shareholders we are very sorry, but the climate for an IPO is not real good right now, and all of our officers just sold another 20% of their personal holdings as the stock was ripe for picking, and by the way our CEO is having coffee and a danish with Haines and Company right now discussing what he is going to do with the windfall profits he has made in the last two weeks."

I guess it will be something better than that.

...a press release coming the same time as the CNBC interview.....

There are probably 1000 companies who would like to pull off a PR move like this. For such a small company they sure do behave like a big one.

Best answer for the insider selling question: "I needed to raise some money so I can buy 15 gazillion shares of the IPO that I'm going to tell you about, ...right...now."
