That is very possible. Also there might be some tax loss selling - taking a loss in GDER to offset profits elsewhere. Management said that they wish that they had held off on the IPO for about nine months - now would have been a better time to come out with one or they may have been much better off by waiting until the first production contract is let. I heard today that there are a number of developments expected within the next 2-3 months - something might hit within the next 2-3 weeks. Are you buying or selling at this price?
