DJ, the "consumer" antitrust theory being talked about has nothing to do with what you might commonly associated with that word. I throw out the "sucks less" line a lot, but that has nothing to do with the legal issues. The antitrust theory has to do with the Friedman / Hayek / Chicago School line on antitrust, which Gerald will be happy to tell you much about. This, in turn has nothing to do with the more common usage of "consumerism", in terms of "Consumer's Report"- style product quality and such issues.
