Hmm, I hadn't noticed this before, but there DOES seem to be a lot of insiders selling their DCTC stock. Including Mr. Joe Murphy.

Date Action Broker Shares Type Price Value
30-Jul-98 Initial Filing 1,530,019 (i)Common - -
30-Jul-98 Initial Filing 200,000 Common - -
23-Jun-97 Sold (S) 169,254 (i) Common 2.18 $368,973
31-Mar-97 Sold (S) 50,000 (i) Common 3.12 $156,000
14-Mar-97 Sold (S) 50,000 (i) Common 3.02 $151,000
(i) indicates indirect holdings

Interesting...is this a person holding for when the company is sold? I don't see that here. But I am sure you people are aware of this.

Cheers!
Rick

Toni,

I looked over the links (under $15, and Yahoo Biz) and it looks like you found the info needed to answer Bo.

I subscribe to a newsletter that tracks "actual" insider buys and sells, meaning those where they actually opened their checkbooks and purchased, or sold shares that are not related to options and the like.

DCI insiders have not sold any stock of this category in the last 90 days and show only 2 sales for a total of 240,000 shares @ an average price of $2.22 in the last 365 days. Those who sold still have 1.368 million shares which they own (not options).

Hope this helps.

Rob
