They are not dumb, that is my point, each unit holder has the right to convert to 9090 shares for ~$0.80, then purchase 4545 more shares with the warrants attached. So for a $5000 U.S. investment plus the cost of the warrants ($0.66 x 4545) or about ~$8000 U.s total they will own about 13500 shares for each unit. Now ask yourself why would they do this if there wasn't significant appreciation potential after this process is completed?. That is my point they are converting, money is flowing into Yamana's coffers. The nay sayers will be out saying there is selling. While technically true the process must be understood to be truly appreciated. It is important to understand this distinction.

All the best

Tony

P.S. You are right in time these shares will be much higher
