My mistake on the third abstract - I must have gotten caught by a "related abstracts" search, and assumed it was also a prostate study (but it is instructive in that it shows yet another drug failing against pancreatic cancer).

However the "limited activity" second abstract is still on point, in that the MGI-114 activity to date is comparable to topotecan.
