EXTRA!!EXTRA!! READ ALL ABOUT IT, Crone will rerun the PEM on the Golden Bear tomorrow at their expense. Have any of you pondered why the LAB has traded so many shares even after news stated that further work is on hold til next spring? LAB is under accumulation and there is a reason for it. I see this price range as a great time to average down or get back in if you couldn't handle the pressure. Look for new PEM results from Crone by this time next week. Cypress Minerals Corp **NEWS RELEASE**** CYP Shares issued 13,970,781 Dec 7 close $0.14 Tue 8 Dec 98 Acquisition Also BMA Mining Corp (BMA) The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated Oct. 14, 1998 between BMA and Cypress whereby Cypress has been granted a right to earn 50 per cent of BMA's 100 per cent interest in three mineral claims in the Hislop Township, Larder Lake mining division, Ontario. Consideration is $10,000 payable to BMA, the cost of the first $100,000 in exploration expenditure, its share of the remaining option payments and exploration expenses pursuant to the underlying option agreements (a total of $48,000 over four years to each of the underlying optionors (Tom MacFarlane, Edward Shannon and Dave Riehl).
