make no mistake - WEB's house is NOT the same old house he's had since 1955. They have done a TON of updating to it. I used to live 5 houses South of it, and just by looking at the outside, and the surrounding neighborhood, it's worth an EASY 300K or more. Remember, i have not seen the inside. Most in that heighborhood are about 130K simply because they are mostly brick houses. Can you imagine being a lawyer in that office, and 'accidentily' spilling coffee on 'a couple pieces of that paper', throwing it in the garbage can, and coming back later ?? or just setting a legal pad on on of the stacks, and having a few 'accidentily' stick to the bottom of it as you walk away ??? oh the imagination runs rampant.....
