naysayers need to get permission from their bosses before they can make any bet. As it is , they are being paid overtime already (just look at how their activities have increased this past week). They may not be able to put their money where their mouths are since their bosses will say no. There may not be enough money for "side bets". They are concentrating on shorting stocks at this time and need all their financial resources !LOL!!!
