Combine this with pathetic new high totals and a deteriorating advance/decline line, and the fact that the highest P/E stocks are showing the strongest relative performance, while the Russell 2000 remains below the LOWS of autumn 1997 (equivalent to the Dow failing to regain 7000 after its best attempt), along with seasonal tax selling; expect U.S. stocks to undergo a major decline over the next few weeks. >>
