I suspect the "insider trading" consists solely of former employees as mentioned in press release. And how could it be that you don't understand that F144 lists "planned sales", not actual sales? Nor is it required that "planned sales" ever be actual sales. Since "insiders" must file before they can sell, this could also be people who are expecting $100 price and will then sell. Go long, "Oh Rick" - maybe you'll make some money, too! David Wise
