<I now know the source of the many bad rumors you guys put on these threads.>

Who? I'd like to know the source. I track the reverse split rumor back three people before me. The furthest back that I can go leads directly to a very pro GE source - that is if I can believe the trail, and I have no reason not to.

<The context was totally twisted as usual.>

That could well be, as usually every person a rumor goes though, adds, subtracts, or puts a slightly different spin on things.

Douglas - out of retirement I see.

The reverse split possibility rumor came from a pro GE long. Very long.... It is a rumor and that is all.

The usual speculation that can occur when a company, GE, does not file current financials and/or indicate what future plans are.

I have heard nothing but bad about reverse splits, one person I spoke to said it would not be a big deal. I have read otherwise on several threads.

Thank you for your opinion on reverse splits.
