QCOM seems to be a Velcro company (as opposed to teflon). Every negative, however minor, sticks to it for a long time.

(I don't mean this to be insulting). Your "Gee, Qualcomm sure sounds great. Why is the stock still where it is ..." reminds me of characters that pop up in Dilbert occasionally, unaware of the way things are at Dilbert's place of employment.
