Many companies hide who their suppliers are. There is know need to help the competition when you may have spent a great deal of money and time to find the right contract manufacturer. If a customer asked we would certainly tell them who the manufacturer was if appropriate. We would also give them a tour of the factory if appropriate.

3 weeks ago I was in China with an outside sourcing buyer from a large company. We found some poor conditions. It was a new factory for us and one of our smaller factories in a consumer goods industry. The buyer had grounds for disqualifying this factory. You will not find info about this in their annual report. We have the business because the quality is better than they were getting from the US at half the price!

We also supply the electronics cordset for a home office appliance (the only thing left is the plastic housing and the box) to another large company company. Finished assembly is done in the US. You won't find mention of this in their annual report. The product states that it is manufactured in the USA.

We work with other factories that have excellent conditions even by western standards and that are ISO9001 and/or QS14000. It all depends on what is required.

The point is, it makes no difference that you as an investor, do not know who the contract manufacturer is. The fact is CCSI has a qualified factory that has been contracted to manufacture the best product. There is no reason to beleive otherwise. I for one, would not want my competitors to know who my sources were. I would at least try to delay them from findng out.

The concern should be the delay in getting this product to market. It looks like CCSI has made headway here.

One more example:

We also supply 2 million surgical needles per year manufactured offshore used for quarterizing and making incisions. When you or someone you know has surgery you will have no idea that the surgical needle used spent 3-4 weeks on a boat before it even arrived in the US. This needle is actually superior to anything manufactured domestically. The manufacturing process is fully automated.
