RobertS, who was talking about XOMA? Xoma was already down and yes I did just recently buy some more. I am really thinking of learning from this event. One cannot deny that there are people that may not care to read a prospectus or think that the change is due to seeking to reduce shareholder liability. I am thinking about which company is next! Not XOMA. If a stock seeking to change domicile weakens because it is misunderstood I want to be prepared to take advantage of that future event.

If you think Lehman crafted this domicile concept just to use it with one client, you are mistaken. It is a complex strategy, that requires a lot of effort. We will see it again. It remains to be seen if XOMA will get the required vote. I hope so, but one will learn something from how the stock reacts should the move fail.

Don't know how you can say the post was as expected when you did not even understand it. I have mentioned I expect 5 more companies to do this in 1999. If XOMA is sucessful perhaps more. It is a very compelling concept. It is no longer an issue for XOMA. They will get the vote desired or fail to get it. Think who's next!!

As expected, RobertS,...
your responses to any message are so predictable that I could compose them myself.

Yet another buying opportunity?

Absolutely. Looking at the long term view, over the last 7 to 10 years, any short term weakness is a buying opportunity. But then I don't expect you to fathom tracking, let alone holding, and investment for that long. If a stock you buy doesn't double within a fortnight it's automatically a dog, isn't it?

BTW, one of the other stocks I said would triple this year has tripled three times. Why haven't you cut and pasted that?

Or are you only looking for the negative? (That was a rhetorical question)
