Lots of clueless morons mistakenly think SKYM has just started a web business. These people don't bother to put 5 minutes into researching the company before they buy. Skymall's web site includes a company history page that summarizes it's web commerce history:

“SkyMall launched its e.commerce business in 1997 led by www.skymall.com. In addition to developing a commerce site allowing customers to order on-line, SkyMall also developed several unique marketing opportunities with our Closed Commerce LoopTM and e.Company Stores. Both of these programs allow a separate host to provide a link to SkyMall. Host partners are assured they will not lose traffic since the only link back to the web is to return through the host site creating a Closed Commerce LoopTM. The e.Company store employs the same technology, however, it resides on a company's intranet."

Get it? They've been using the web to sell since 1997. The only news is a third rate web site provided a new link to SKYM. Since the trailing 12 month results already include web commerce, there won't be any explosive growth.

BTW, gorcon, you don't understand how mm's work.
