William glad your back. Yes the wine industry is over planted right now. But the 20 acres i'm interested in is right next door to my property and it's planted with Zinfandel grapes where Lodi know for the best quailty for that variety because of climate and soil conditions -- hot, dry days and cool nights. Plus i do have a long term contract with a good home for them and good lock in on the price per ton.

Mark, I've been reading that the industry is way over-planted. Isn't it better to buy your
grapes?

This sounds like sour grapes to me <VBG>
