Form 13Gs covering more than 12% of the stock were filed today. I think these are first filings representing new purchases by the reporting persons. freeedgar.com

Mike..I'm with you in this.. I called ACTV and asked when they are going to announce a projected earnings based on the number of projected installations that have been announced. Their answer was no comment. Why no comment????? I also asked what the per unit sale price was to each of their new partners. No comment. Why????? This doesn't make sense. They don't seam very interested in being proud of their deals. The last question I asked was, "who have you partnered with lately?" Of course we've all seen this in the press releases. Their answer was...Yep...No comment..?????? Their management seems more interested in milking this company rather than advancing the value of its stock for the investers. Could they be positioning it for a low value buy out where only the ones with the high volume shares make anything and then join the boards of the buyer at outragous salaries?
