You are right one Amy is not enough. One of the tricks to having a successful business to get the word out, bout externally and internally. The way that Amy conducts herself and her attentiveness needs to be spread to other members of the organization. It would not surprise me if soon Amy finds herself amid some very capable individuals that may sharpen her skills even moreso. When that happens I hope that Amy is able to convey her method of customer service to the many csr reps that are working under her. RG are you listening? Give that babe a raise and hang on to her.
