I'd say that earnings comparisons could prove difficult for two more quarters at least. New lows could be on the horizon. Relocating doesn't come cheap in the NY area either. Pyloricide, who knows? Or if somebody did, wouldn't they be buying hand over fist? HFID, not a word. REF needs a major IR overhaul if it wants to regain some prestige. No position for this investor.
