Just saw this release on Yahoo. This is the reason for the stock move? JDN, any opinions? $5.75Million out of cash? How much the insurance will cover? Ram

Dear Starfish: In my judgement that would be a bullish settlement for CMND. I can see why the parties would want to settle though. I thought all along this appeared to be a weak case based upon the merits as I understood them, on the other hand good for the company to get it behind them. JDN
