Well Bill, everyone says E isn't getting anything from the sale of these shares. I don't think that is an accurate statement. I think this sale is payment in lieu of services already rendered. I don't know what those services were. It could have been like someone said, "temporary working capital" that Rolling Rock loaned E. Or it could have been capital used to set-up the Top-Rank site, etc. What bothers me is the date of Nov 5. Like I said before. Everything we find out is old news unless it is a surprise to E also. I'm still waiting for bambaata's predictive post from last week to materialize. bb
