Eric,

I suggest that you talk with your broker to rectify, it looks like a data entry error on the part of your brokers backoffice ops. The correct conversion ratio of the Anything Internet dividend is about 1 share of Anything for every 45 shares of BANY rounded down. They have probably got the dividend mixed up with BANY. Your account should reflect a long position of 5k and the dividend shares entitled.

Eric, just a suggestion, sounds to me like E*Trade
goofed or if not, that they need to straighten out
the problem for you, not BANY.
