The private placement is closed this week (officially on friday) 2. the hold period for BC subscribers is 4 months and expires about mid April-before the bulk results but during the drilling program. 3. The private placement was oversubscribed by 200%. I would bet money and give odds that management was careful to chose subscribers who will support the company. Cannacord and the Rabbit and Pattison for that matter, would sell WSP down the toilet in a New York second. IMO, The MAIN reason why other diamond plays of TECHNICAL MERIT are in the doldrums is because they have Debeers for a partner and operator. Progress will be made at Debeers schedule (which could be over a decade or two). Winspear on the other hand, is in controll of its destiny as it is operator, and has the funds to move forward aggressively.
