Spark: Everyone has something to offer regardless of $$ invested or traded. Nothing stops any of us from doing DD and sharing or calling a company and sharing.

Spark - you don't need lots of $$ - just limit how many active stocks you have at one time (2 max for a newbie) and deal with a broker thats $15/trade or less - good luck
